Stop and Cache - 04/07/10

This cache was published a few weeks ago by a relatively new cacher, Fishboy18.  Given the location I figured it was going to be just another LPC (Light Post Cache).  As I pulled up I realized there weren't any lights here.  I was quite happy to see that this was a much better hide.  It actually took me about 20 minutes total, most of which was waiting for all the traffic waiting at the light about 10 feet away so that I didn't look too suspicious.
