Welcome to West Virginia ! - GC2NGD9 - 5/11/11

Came over hear after finding the other cache at this rest area ( Kaiser Klan in WV ).

Very clever hide, I almost tripped over it and lost MY shoe.  Once I realized what I was looking at I signed the log.

Off to Gettysburg, PA!!
