Hmmmmm, what to say......

Very disappointed in this one.  While I do like the overall general area as there is a nice set of Baseball fields tucked away here:

The cache itself is upsetting, it was a quick find after going AROUND the cut out section of highway right-of-way restriction fence.

There are plenty of nice LEGAL hide locations within 30 feet of the actual cache hide but they decided to put it out along the highway instead.  Cleaned out the TBs and debating requesting the Massachusetts Reviewer take a look.
