WORST CACHE PLACEMENT EVER!!!
New people (One of the hiders only has 2 finds and the other had 10 at the time) should not place caches until they have more finds.
4th try and still nothing, either the coordinates are WAY off, it should have a higher difficulty rating or its missing. Tired of looking for such a difficult hide in such a horribly exposed location. Time for the ignore list.
