This area is extremely hard to be discreet. I knew exactly where it would be as it was the only place near the coordinates, but I spent a lot of time trying to avoid the eyes from all the traffic near by. It took a while to retrieve the cache as my hands are too big to fit down the hole and I ended cutting up my hand trying to get it out.
